This musical theatre project requires a sophisticated monitoring and coordinating system.
From Catalonia, we propose the following:
1 Budget control in order to make sure that money is well spent.
2 Speaking to the social worker and the doctor that we have appointed in Iceland and who work for our association.
3 Control the purchasing of material for the theatre venues.
4 Speaking to the six actors that will reside in Iceland to see how many groups they will be teaching.
5 Be in touch with the parents in order to follow up the progress of their children.
6 Be in touch with a government official on a regular basis.
